Recipe for 10 large tortillas: 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup corn meal (corn flour), 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt if desired, 1 cup water. Stir dry ingredients, add water, knead about 20 times, let rest in ball a few minutes, divide into portions and roll out in circles on well-floured surface. Fry in hot, heavy, lightly greased pan till bubbles appear on surface and turn 2x. Takes about 1 minute total. Stack and wrap in towel till served. Also good the next day made into quesadillas. Ummmmmmmmmm good!
