6. January 18, 2004 - Susan in our back garden planting this photinia tree. They grow 10' to 15' high and we are hoping it will shade the patio in summer. It was about 45 degrees F. this day. The herbs in the garden still growing from this past summer are celery, parsley, chives, thyme, mint and rosemary. A tiny Swiss chard plant is at the bottom left of the photo.
