Thoughts:
God
is our Source, Resource, and we are healed by remembering we are merged in That energy.
Healing
can occur in an instant or over time.
Perhaps
some thoughts will come in to your mind on changes you can make to speed
healing, and become healthier along the way.
One
big healing and healthy practice is being kind to all. It dissolves stress and
releases our best.

is love in action; practical spirituality.
