8. Instant Anger Release Method - Very Useful

This is a quick method to cool down when angry feelings build up, and you just feel like hitting someone or something.

To begin:

While standing or sitting stretch your arms out to the side just away from your body, while sending angry thoughts in a jet stream down the inside of your arms and out through your fingers toward the ground.

Then, do some even breathing until you feel back to normal, such as:

Breathe in one count;
Breathe out one count;
Breathe in one count;
And continue.
