Thirty Year Synopsis
December, 1982 through September, 2013

Thirty years ago, December 22, 1982, I was initiated into
ministerial service by a holy woman. My vow was to serve God through serving
humanity now and always.
When I saw this photo on the Babaji
FB page(1) a couple of days ago my memories of being part of the
spiritual service to humanity came back to me with a deep longing, a
homesickness, to sit quietly with this group.
Were my feelings of homesickness from memories of past
time with the masters?
In
reflection, it is an ever-present reality
for me, from whence I came before physical birth. It is my present experience
as I live practical spirituality, and continue my project of initiating and
leading a daily world-wide cyber meditation group for personal and world peace.
When I finally
exit my physical body, I feel there
will be a seamless transition into greater awareness of my spiritual service
among servers of this plane. In meditation I leave body consciousness and feel
boundless joy. In daily living on the planet I am aware of the vibration of
creation ever pulsing in the background; during daily ups and downs it is my
ever-present Holy Comforter.
Some
highlights leading up to today: In
1999 I found Stan Schaap. Like me, he was writing on
practical spirituality on the internet. After corresponding by email we
eventually met in person and a year later married. I moved from California to
The Netherlands to be with him. The timing for my family life of raising my
children was perfect, as my youngest had just grown up - now we visit for
family reunions about once a year.
Walking into Stan's apartment in Amsterdam was like
stepping aboard an astral plane. I had freedom from the 8-5 work world, and
devoted myself to writing via the internet, on the subjects I knew about from
my life's work with children and adults: rhythmic dance, ballet, yoga, social
issues, practical spirituality, codependency, and meditation, plus hobbies.
All of this continues to be my daytime outer reality.
Within, I
hold my dear fellow human and world-wide travelers close.

December 22, 2013: 99th jayanthi
of Sri Swami Satchidananda; 31st
anniversary of my ministry initiation; 108,808 people in the daily world peace
cyber meditation group I created and lead.
December 25, 2014: Daily world peace cyber
meditation group has grown to 338,000 members, updated to 675,000 members
on August 2, 2016.
